Privacy notice
This notice describes how Sazvara currently handles information submitted through this website.
Diagnostic requests
When you submit the diagnostic form, Sazvara receives the information you enter, including your name, email address and the project or operational context you provide. The form is used to review and respond to your request; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
How a request is handled
Validated submissions are written to a private server-side intake queue outside the public web document root. A notification to the Sazvara operator mailbox may then be attempted. A request can therefore be safely queued even when the notification email cannot be sent.
Security and abuse controls
The intake service uses form timing, a honeypot field, same-site origin/referrer checks and rate limiting. For rate limiting, the connecting IP address is converted to a SHA-256 hash and the short-lived rate state is stored under that hash.
Retention
The current intake service automatically removes private lead records older than 30 days. Short-lived rate-limit state is also automatically cleaned.
Cookies and measurement
Sazvara uses a small first-party, cookieless measurement system to understand whether published material leads visitors toward services and diagnostic requests. It records daily aggregate counts for article views, article-to-service or contact clicks, diagnostic-form starts, submission attempts and confirmed accepted requests.
The measurement dataset does not store names, email addresses, form contents, visitor or session identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, browser-storage values or cross-site identifiers. It stores event names and limited page/path dimensions as aggregate counters.
External links
Insights articles may link to third-party documentation and sources. Those sites operate under their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may choose not to use the diagnostic form. For privacy questions about information submitted to Sazvara, contact hello@sazvara.ir.
