Founder
Sajjad Farajollahi
AI-native product builder and founder of Sazvara. The role is product framing, requirements, orchestration, UX judgment, validation, evidence review and release ownership—with AI used extensively as an implementation partner.
Focus, proof and purpose
Current focus
Product systems, WordPress products, automation, Persian/RTL experiences and evidence-driven AI-native delivery.
Public proof
Open-source WordPress work, product case studies, GitHub evidence and an explicitly disclosed AI-assisted operating model.
Why the studio exists
Sazvara gives the work an institutional home that can grow beyond one person while keeping the founder visible and accountable.
Role in the work
The founder role is not limited to implementation. It includes deciding what problem is actually being solved, turning that into requirements and acceptance criteria, coordinating fast execution, reviewing UX and technical trade-offs, checking evidence and owning the release decision.
AI is used extensively for research, comparison and implementation, but claims about quality or completion are expected to come from observable evidence: source history, validation output, public artifacts or measured production behavior.
Where the proof lives
The work page separates implemented systems from measured outcomes. Public GitHub projects provide inspectable source where possible, while private client evidence stays private unless it has been explicitly prepared for public use.
The AI Builder OS page documents the delivery method used to keep requirements, validation and release state visible during fast AI-assisted work.
